Updated Return Policy 

Welcome to Kendall Miles. We want to ensure your shopping experience with us is as seamless as possible, so we've updated our return policy to better serve you.

Return & Exchange Policy Overview:

Kendall Miles will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund or exchange within 14 days from the date of purchase. Returned merchandise must include the original shoebox, tissue paper, dust bag, heel taps, and adhesive sole tags to be eligible for return or exchange.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you, and a refund cannot be granted.

 

We offer one free exchange for your convenience. Subsequent exchanges will incur a fee of $25 to cover shipping and processing. Please reach out to our Customer  Service team at inquiries@kendallmilesdesigns.com for assistance with exchanges.

Items that are marked as Final Sale cannot be returned or exchanged.


How to Return or Exchange an Order:

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:

  • Use the Pre-Printed Return Label: A pre-printed return label is included with all shipments for your convenience. Affix the label to your shipping box. If using the original packaging, ensure that the original label is fully removed or covered. Do not send shoes back with the Kendall Miles box exposed.

If your  box does not contain a return label please reach out to inquiries@kendallmilesdesigns.com requesting a shipping label for your return.

  • Drop Off Your Package: Drop your package off at a local FedEx staffed location and obtain a receipt with a copy of the tracking number for your records.

For exchanges, please return your original merchandise following the above instructions. Then, reach out to us via the chat on our website or email inquiries@kendallmilesdesigns.com to inform us of the item you need. Once your shoes are received and inspected, we will ship the new pair immediately.

Refund Processing Time:

Refunds are typically processed within 2-10 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. You will receive an email notification once the credit has been processed. Please note that it may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account, depending on your financial institution.
