What is KendallMilesDesigns.com’s return policy? How many days do I have to return an item?

KMD will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 21-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original shoebox, dust bag, heel taps and adhesive sole tags.


KMD reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.


How do I return/exchange an order placed on KendallMilesDesigns.com?

Please follow these steps to return/exchange your online order:

  1. A pre-printed return label is included with all shipments for your convenience.
  2. Affix the label to your shipping box; if using the original packaging be sure that the original label is fully removed or covered. Do not send shoes back with the KMD box exposed.
  3. Drop your package off at a local FedEx staffed location and obtain a receipt with a copy of the tracking number.


To Exchange for a different item or size, please return your original merchandise as directed in the above instructions. Reach out to us via the chat on our website or email inquiries@kendallmilesdesigns.com to inform us of the item you need. Once your shoes are received and inspected we will ship the new pair immediately!

How long does it take to issue a refund?

A refund is issued within 2-10 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the credit has been processed. It may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.


What are the shipping charges for returns?

We offer free return shipping with the use of our prepaid return label.
