Beautiful and Comfortable

I have Attitude in the Oxblood color. It’s goes with everything from black to brown and in between. This boot is so stunning that a guy that I sat next to on a flight logged into wi-fi, went on the KMD site and bought them for his girlfriend! You must have a pair of these in youR shoe line up!

Ooh this boot! I bought them in Black and feel so confident when I zip them on. I appreciate the details and the removable pouch is like having 2 different pairs. Worth it.

Returns and Exchanges

What is’s return policy? How many days do I have to return an item?

KMD will accept merchandise in its original condition for refund/exchange when the order is postmarked for return within 21-days from delivery. Returned merchandise must be accompanied by the original shoebox, dust bag, heel taps and adhesive sole tags, and the Return Form that came with the shoes must be completed in its entirety.

KMD reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange on merchandise that does not meet the above requirements. If your package is not accepted, it will be sent back to you and a refund cannot be granted.

How do I return/exchange an order placed on

Please follow these steps to return/exchange your online order:

  1. 1.Complete the return section of your Return Form and identify a return reason. Include the bottom half of this form with your return shipment.

  2. 2.A pre-printed return label is included with all shipments for your convenience.

  3. 3.Affix the label to your shipping box; if using the original packaging be sure that the original label is fully removed or covered. Do not send shoes back with the KMD box exposed.

  4. 4.Drop your package off at a local UPS staffed location and obtain a receipt with a copy of the tracking number.

To Exchange for a different item or size, please return your original merchandise as directed in the above instructions and place a new order at your convenience. You will receive a refund for the returned merchandise once the item(s) has been received by our fulfillment center.

Direct exchanges are subject to availability but can be requested by contacting an online sales associate at +1-888-856-8247, option 2.

How long does it take to issue a refund?

A refund is issued within 2-10 business days from the date the package arrives at our warehouse. You will be notified via email once the credit has been processed. It may take additional business days for the credit to post to your account depending on your financial institution.

What are the shipping charges for returns?

We offer free return shipping with the use of our prepaid return label.
